In order to make dental care more affordable for you, and as a courtesy and service to you, we have made an effort to work closely with your insurance company to coordinate your benefits. We do this by accessing your benefits online and by also contacting your insurance company via telephone, prior to your appointments. Please make sure we have your most current insurance information prior to the appointment. We are also in-network providers for most PPO insurance plans.
We are in-network providers for most PPO insurances such as GEHA, Delta Dental, Metlife, United Concordia, Cigna, Aetna, Guardian, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, United Health, Principle, Assurant, Ameritas, Anthem, Care First & Humana.
However, please understand despite our best efforts to coordinate your benefits, we are still only estimating your insurance portion.
In addition, any treatment proposal from Woodbridge Comfort Dental Care is based on what is needed in order to achieve optimal dental health, and not necessarily what your insurance benefits are.
Please keep in mind that we expect payments from your insurance company within 90 days after any treatment rendered, or service provided. After 90 days any unpaid insurance balance will be your responsibility. All co-payments are due prior to the start of the appointment. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and provide zero interest financing through Care Credit.
